Tomson Scrap Metal buys non-ferrous metals in Brackenridge and ferrous metals plus end-of-life vehicles in Natrona Heights. We service residential customers, contractors, demolition crews, and industrial accounts across the Allegheny Valley catchment. Posted buy rates move with live commodity markets — the same way the mills price.

We post buy rates against live LME and Comex spot, less our operational spread. Same rate at the gate as the one quoted on the phone.
Flexible scheduling
If you can't bring the scrap to us, we'll bring a roll-off container or a trailer to you. Residential, commercial, construction — any of the above.

What we accept
Aluminum cans, copper, brass, stainless, steel, iron, car parts, building materials, machine turnings and chips, lead, nickel alloys and carbides.
Bring it to either yard or schedule a pickup. PA ID required for all non-ferrous transactions.
What we don’t accept
- Mercury-bearing items
- Freon
- Flammable, hazardous, toxic, or radioactive materials
- Sealed containers (paint cans, gas tanks, fire extinguishers, anything pressurized or containing chemicals)
